A great deal of scientific literature and study has been recently devoted to the effect of frequency fields on structured water and DNA. Of particular note is the published work of Dr. Gerald Pollack in the Bioengineering Department of the University of Washington (see video below) and Nobel Prize winner Dr. Luc Montagnier (discovery of HIV) in his published study “DNA Waves and Water.” Read full Report Here. In summary, the human body is composed 99% of water molecules and that includes DNA. Findings such as those provided by Luc Montagnier and Dr. Pollack clearly indicate structured water and DNA respond and can be actually programmed (structured) by frequencies in the form of photons (light) and phonons (sound). There are numerous frequency scanning devices through which human beings voluntarily pass each day. The most controversial of these are the millimeter wave and back scatter scanners in airports, and most of the public controversy hovers around the invasiveness of these devices and possible cancer or other health risks associated with them.
