Discussions - Science for Humanity feels that fostering
ideas and debate is the key to coming up with the best possible
solutions. Joining or starting discussions on this site enables
both Seekers and Solvers to discuss ideas, research, problems and
potential solutions. Discussions will be closely monitored by the
Science for Humanity team, who will be looking for problems which
can be elevated to Challenge
Status. Project Groups will
be established around challenges to promote collaboration in order
to find sustainable solutions.
Members can start or contribute to discussions in the Seeker area
(below) by humanitarian interest, in the Solver area
by scientific discipline, or in the Project Groups
area, where each group will have discussion threads running.
Submit a problem - Another option is to fill in our
Project Definition Form with as much detail as possible. If the
Science for Humanity board assess that a problem has scientific
potential, Science for Humanity will work closely with the Seeker
to identify the specifications and requirements, elevating the
problem to Challenge
Status.
